We collect personal information that is provided to us directly by users or building administrators to facilitate secure building access, including:

• Name and email address
• Phone number
• National ID or Passport number (where required by property management for verification)
• Vehicle registration number (license plate)
• Facial photos (where used strictly for visitor check-in and access control verification)
• Billing information (for subscriber accounts)
• Property/Unit details

The login option in MagNicas only collects the user's name and email address to create a secure account and personalize the app experience. MagNicas does not collect any data from user interactions with the app for advertising purposes.

2. Usage Data

We collect data about how you use our services, including:

• Log files
• IP addresses
• Browser type
• Device information
• Pages visited
• Time spent on pages
• Location information

3. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

1. Service Providers

Data Security

We are committed to protecting the integrity and confidentiality of your personal information. Our data security architecture includes:

• Secure Hosting: All data is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Singapore, with tenant data kept isolated property by property.
• Encryption at Rest: All stored database records, transaction logs, and backups are encrypted at rest.
• Encryption in Transit: Web connections, API calls, and mobile client communications are encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2/1.3, the same standard used by online banking.
• Secure Object Storage: Sensitive files, including facial verification photos and visitor documents, are isolated in private, access-restricted storage — never public folders — and only retrievable via short-lived, authenticated temporary links.
• Automatic Retention & Purging: Visitor check-in details (photos, ID numbers, visit history) are automatically and permanently deleted once your property's configured retention period ends. Property managers can also delete individual visitor records manually at any time.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Access and update your personal information
• Request the deletion of your personal information via the profile page in the mobile app
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Restrict the processing of your personal information

Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it.
